Try using a "radio" voice on the radio while at work. I do this on the phone because of i don't i cant get a word out. It sounds like a morning radio shock jock type thing. But if i use it I rarely stutter. I noticed i tend to hold more air in my stomach rather then normally where it feels like i just hold air in my chest. Idk why it works for me but it helps. Feel free to try it
