Something simple that helped me. SPEAKING TO STRANGERS. I often just walk around and speak to random people, and you'll find if you tell them what you are doing, they are more than happy to chat. I've made friends through that, and have sometimes spoke to complete randoms for 30 mins at a time. And seeing a psychologist, stuttering is 90% psychological and once you get in a more positive head space, the physical speech side of things is much easier to work an improve on
