Depends on your age. In High / Secondary school, you can get away with murder. Ask the teacher to excuse you from speaking in front of the class. If that fails, ask the counselor. And so on up the chain. Or you can amp up the stutter to the point where they never ask you to do it again. I don't recommend any of this though. Speaking in front of your peers is an important life skill. Don't let your stutter dictate what you can and can't do in life. Do you want to decline when your best friend asks you to be the best man / maid of honor, because you don't want to speak in front of an audience? Most professional careers require you to present to groups of various sizes. It's hard. It's really hard. But it gets easier. Be kind to yourself. Do your best and applaud yourself for your efforts.
