No advice for u rn but u I just wanna say that I can 100% relate to this. It almost seems like you wrote my story. Most people, even in online stuttering communities, don't understand the different severities of stutter. It's almost impossible to talk right now for me so I've just moved on to writing what i have to say most of the time. It's embarrassing but much less than making weird faces and having pain in your jaw trying to say a single sentence. Hope it turns out good for the both of us but the hope is kinda fading away.
