From an advocacy POV: I think it'd be extremely offensive to call yourself neurodivergent for JUST a stutter, with no other characteristics. Neurodivergence refers to personality types, and conditions that influence them; autism, adhd/add, etc., don't just cause single symptoms, they affect every part of life. There is another term, neuroatypical, for those that don't fit neurotypical standards but also don't fit into neurodivergence. I think it'd be much better suited for someone with a stutter. ETA after reading other comments: Still standing by what I said above, just realised I should add, it really depends whether you're referring to stuttering as a single symptom (which is how I interpreted your post, but I may be wrong) or as one of the relevant conditions that affects processing and other functions as well.
