Well, personally, I've never heard of someone not noticing their own stutter. Usually it's noticed right away, if not there as long as they can remember. Hell, I wish I didn't notice mine. Not having a looming disadvantage staining your every memory of human interaction may be a huge blessing. Do you get blocks, like stuck on words, or just repeated syllables and stammers?
