I dont know what your situation is, but if you're not able to consult her pediatrician, her mother absolutely can. Right now it may be too early to tell. Stutters that last in to adulthood are more rare, but of course not impossible, and so I understand the concern. Just keep an eye out for new or worsening symptoms. For now, if it's periodic and does not interfere with her learning or ability to communicate, there's a good chance this will subside. I know it's easier said than done, but try not to worry.
