I’ve been going through a rough patch since the start of 2022 and that’s it finally starting to wear off. I’m not too sure how you deal with change but currently my whole life is changing. Moved in with my dad, getting a flat to myself, family home is gone, changing job. I don’t know why but I think all this change has made me more confident
