Hey, I’m also a stutterer in college. I’ll be trying out your routine to see if it helps in any way. I also just wanted to give you a little tip—give yourself time to speak, even if others don’t. No matter how difficult your interactions might be, remember that what you have to say is just as important as what a fluent person has to say. And another thing—while your routine might help with your stutter, it’s not guaranteed to take it away completely. I’ve tried so much (speaking extremely slowly, pronouncing every syllable, etc.), and when I didn’t get the results I wanted, complete fluency, it made me feel even worse than before. So just know that you’re beautiful right now, even with your stutter, and your worth doesn’t depend on whether or not you speak fluently.
