Yeah, I have and I've said it on this subreddit many a time, but it didn't work as a child. However as a young adult, I think I was 20 or there abouts, I could fully understand both what the therapist was trying to teach me and the gravity of the situation. I'm glad I did it and would recommend anyone to get it, just to try it.
