Something That Has Helped Me Hello y'all, I've been lurking at your posts for quite sometime now, so I decided to give my 2 cents. When I talk to myself I speak fluently, but in public I'm more prone to stutter just like many of you guys. So I've been pretending to talk to myself when I talk to others. I've been seeing big improvements in reducing my stutter. I know everyone is different, but this has been a game changer for me and also for my anxiety. Anyways, stay strong and take care!
