Stuttering when I'm not even talking (i.e. reading or thinking)

Stuttering when I'm not even talking (i.e. reading or thinking) I developed a stutter a few years ago. It can be so bad I can't even begin a word, much less complete a sentence. But recently I began reading after a long time without, and I stutter when I read! I'm not even reading out loud. My jaw twitches and my tongue flicks, sometimes even biting my tongue. Anyone heard of this?
