They are reacting to my stutter as normal people and there is nothing special that I gotta mention. But Japaneses are not seemingly into socializing very much and they believe in beauty of distance. I can see it from the fact that when they line up, they will maintain a distance about one person from each other while this phenomenon is implausible even in China, the country nominated for its best defense against COVID-19. But I am just a mild PWS, not very severe. If you stutter on almost every word then I guess it will be a different world from mine.
