Maybe do some videos showing what it looks like to get stuck in a block, avoid eye contact, maybe an extra hand movement, etc. On one side of the screen, show what the person wants to say, with the tone/timing candence they would like to use. On other side of screen, show what actually comes out. Maybe even color code it for tone, bc I think the sometimes inability to use the desired tone is a very underlooked at problem.
