Practice desensitization, i.e. voluntary stuttering, decrease avoidance situations, and expand your comfort zone. This will all help lower your level of fear, and in doing so, you will have more control of your thoughts and more clarity during speaking situations. Meditation and practicing mindfulness may help as well. This will help pull your mind from the drifting thoughts and bring you back into the momee t.
