There are some things you can do that have worked for me. Your mileage may vary, of course. For tips: Speak at a reduced rate (don't worry it only sounds weird to you); read out loud; speak more often For tricks: well, i frown on anything that would be a "trick"... Techniques: easy onset (think if it as a very easy and light first sound); pullout (when you are in a block, release the tension in your mouth/jaw/throat more and more until you can move forward; cancellation (if you have a block, stop, release the tension, and then try again) The techniques are the best, but that take a long time and a metric fucktonne of practice. They're worth it tho. Also: don't let the bastards get you down.
