Rejected for having a stutter - right or wrong?

Rejected for having a stutter - right or wrong? I am on my way back home as I type this out. I’ve just wasted an hour travelling to an interview that was listed as a ‘technical analyst’ role where the main responsibilities for the job were programming/IT/Software related with a small section on answering enquiries (of which, there was an emphasis placed on doing this via email)… turns out that a big part of the job involves regularly meeting with clients and customers So I was asked the initial ‘tell me about yourself’ question but blocked so hard that I had to write on a piece of paper and tell the interviewer that I had a stutter/speech blocks. He then told me straight away that he ‘would not be able to hire’ me because it’s a client facing role and that he wouldn’t feel comfortable with me being in front of clients or in meetings. I kinda like the fact that he was straight up and honest but on the other hand, I kinda feel discriminated against? Also, I’m mad at the fact that they basically wasted my time - I spent so much time preparing for this only for it to last <5 minutes. It’s not my fault that I have a stutter. The funny thing is that I already made it clear that I stutter in the phone interview but was still somehow able to progress to the next stage. I really took a day off work for this… nice. Anyway, If I had known that the job was like this, I would not have even bothered going.
