I appreciate the reply. To be honest, I have a very difficult time about the breathing technique as I am new to it. My mouth and my head tend to resist trying pause mid sentence because I've been always used to trying to cover up my stuttering block. Did u feel the same way whenever u started implementing the breathing technique? If so, how did u reprogram ur brain to be use to the technique? I apologize for the repetitive questions but I wish for the details because I keep trying the breathing technique each day but I tend to fail relentlessly.
