Thanks! This is really helpful. I'm just afraid that my manager might regret that he hired me. But who knows what he's really feeling deep inside. My stutter is moderate, very mild in most cases. I'm now wondering if he had known that I have a speech defect during my job interview with him, would he still have hired me? I can't stop thinking about it. I still feel ashamed about it. Ugh.
