Yeah, I remember all those same triggers. Reading for the class, Asking questions in a seminar, and Talking while someone gives u their undivided attention was the worst. Keeping doing though. If u have an urge, just say something. Make the feeling familiar. The nervous reaction will go down, with time. And you will see fluency kick-in. Almost just my 2-cents, most stutterers are actually mad-funny and really interesting to talk with. We just have a lot of jokes we never got to say. So yeah. Try it. Let me know.
