You're very young. Everything is difficult, especially feeling like an outlier because you're different. Don't lose hope. Many older stutterers have posted that they felt exactly like you now do but things improved significantly as they matured. Right now do everything you can to gain the skills to progress in your search to improve your speech and your life.
