My partner's have been very understanding. Like others have mentioned, the attraction stemmed from other things and the Stutter was never seen as a barrier to relationships. I was in an eight year relationship and she found it cute. It's lovely when she would make all the phone calls and help me with words in public if I needed it. There was a mutual understanding and if you're in it for the right reasons, it should never be an issue.
