Got refused job because of stuttering

Got refused job because of stuttering Title. I am devops engineer, did a technical interview, and because I really wanted that job, I was super nervous and fucked up completely. Was stuttering in every second word. I just can’t show the depth of my knowledge, because talking is pain for me, and for the interviewer to hear that. Now I even more nervous and afraid of doing interviews. Also I noticed that some companies request to make an audio or video presentation when applying. This makes me anxious and angry. They just fucking with PWS.
