….i also really like #2 because its a life philosophy, it applies to so much, not just stuttering. We make things so much worse for ourselves because we are tense. If you just physically relax, you can get through difficult situations much easier. Our body’s natural response is distress=tension. So it takes mindfulness to remember to relax instead. Of course some difficult situations require tension, like for example if you’re being chased by a wild animal. But most hard situations are more easily navigated from a position of relaxation, not tension
