Anyone know they're going to stutter and counteract it.

Anyone know they're going to stutter and counteract it. For me it's honestly certain words that I get caught up in, but it changes. I know i'm going to stutter on words like "and" while not being able to say the rest of the sentence, so sometimes I just change up the whole sentence for easier words. For example, instead of saying "I wanna leave" I need to say it as a whole so i'd say "honestly I wanna leave" cause everytime I say "i" I can feel the stutter about to come. Anyone relate??
