Did it help any? What changes about the way you speak would make you OK with being a person who stutters? Do you ever see yourself getting to a point in life where you are like “yeah I stutter so what”? What changes do you think have to happen to get you to that point? For example, if you only repeated words or sounds but had no blocks or facial ticks, would that make you OK with the fact that you stutter? I ask because there are programs out there that focus on stuttering acceptance and focusing on easy stuttering. The catch 22 is when I went to the program that focused on being ok with the fact that I stutter, my fluency got better. I still stutter but I don’t care about it and honestly it’s made all the difference in my life.
