Why are people with a stutter often treated like kids? Why are people with a stutter, especially those with a severe stutter, often treated like children even though they’re old enough to make their own decisions? Does a stutter make you come across as ‘childish’? If yes, that is very sad… I hate that people see us as ‘lower humans’.
