Make sure to be nice to yourself, your stutter is not under your control. It’s also not your fault it happens. The more frustrated and upset you get at yourself/ your stutter the worse it’s going to get. Try to relax in other areas not relating to speaking and it might help with your stutter. I use techniques like stuttering on purpose or really deepening my voice/speaking from my chest. Hopefully someone else can give you more practical advice.
