I think I'm starting to realize that speech therapy is ongoing or maybe even life-long. And as another redditor mentioned, there's a ton of approaches. My recommendation is to keep trying different types of speech therapy and practice speaking when you are by yourself consistently. Especially if you do not stutter when you are by yourself. Have you heard of a book called "Understanding and Controlling Stuttering A Comprehensive New Approach Based on the Valsalva Hypothesis" by William Parry? I saw some interesting stuff there too. I'm rambling, but I'm praying for you! I hope you can find some comfort in the Lord (John 14:27)
