I only stuttered for a bit as a toddler, is it that stutter that still affects me? One of my first vivid memories was trying to say my cousin Amanda’s name it was variations of “Banana” and “Alabama” that kept coming out. Nowadays, I never stutter, but I do what I call “stumbling over my words.” It’s as if my tongue cant produce the proper first syllable of the sentence I’m about to say. I have to take a quick breath and then I can get it out. I’ve noticed that there’s two thing that causes it to have a higher chance of happening: Sleep Deprivation, Anxiety or a combination of both. With my anxiety, it happens a bit more like a nervous tick. Do y’all thing think it is a from my stutter as a child or some minuscule effect from something else? I’m not complaining just trying to pinpoint the cause
