What do you think is your biggest challenge when you are speaking and stuttering a lot? Are you taking your time or are you thinking that you need to hurry? Are you feeling each sound as you speak it or are you fighting your stutter and trying to push it out? Do you know about hard contacts and soft contacts? I would think there are some videos, helping to reduce stuttering that can show you what soft contacts are, and how they can help when you’re speaking. Be aware of the tension in your mouth, jog, tongue. Try and keep, all of it relaxed and not tense. Some thing that helped me a lot is voluntary Stuttering. I know it sounds crazy but when you intentionally stutter on a sound that you weren’t going to stutter on, you’re in control. Just try it. Sprinkle in some voluntary Stuttering when you’re speaking so you can feel the difference. Feeling like you’re in control of your speech will give you confidence. Give it a try and let me know how it goes. Good luck.😊🙏
