*Hugs* Don't beat yourself up. Try to not let these negative thoughts creep into your mind at least while you're at home. Read, play video games, workout w/ music, cook/bake a new recipe. I know these things don't seem to directly help with your stutter but I promise it helps with the negative thoughts.
