Why aren't there drugs for stuttering?

Why aren't there drugs for stuttering? It's not fair how ADHD, Bipolar, Schizophrenia etc. All have their own medications! But there's literally no medicine that treats stuttering! Speech therapy is useless and ineffective most of the time, i wish there was a pill i could take that makes speak normally, but that doesn't exist and I'm depressed
