I would not say I'm completely recovered since I still have hesitation with saying some words, but it's very manageable. I forget the last time I stuttered. if I can rate my speech it'd be 98%. I have also met with some PWSs who have reached a very high fluency: John Harrison, William Parry, some folks from Mc Guire: Brian Seller, Maria, etc. So yeah it is not impossible. The way I overcame my stuttering is rather brutal I'd say, for example, I intentionally ran as a presidential candidate of the student reps during hs, just because I wanted to overkill my stuttering. I also once hired people to talk with me for 3 hours/day I did it for a month I guess lol, what else? debate competition, start-up pitch, etc. So yea basically just talk, speak, stutter, and repeat, ofc I did some speech training and regime to prepare myself
