50M If you find a good speech pathologist, fluency can be achievable. I found fluency in my mid 20s after being a lifelong severe stutterer. How do you find a "good" speech therapist? I lucked into it. Really. I read accounts here of speech therapy that make me cringe. Same as you, working from home has negatively impacted my fluency. I'm currently seeking to get back into an office / field setting where I have more direct interactions with people. I'm still very fluent, but I've noticed a few hitches since the pandemic started. Probably time for a "tune up" with my speech therapist (if she's even still practicing.)
