I feel you on this. I've gotten paid dramatically less then those who had far less experience then me. Even tho I had to fix there fuck ups, they were getting paid more then me cause more social. I hate how I've worked with people who litrally did nothing (installing granit/marble countertops,vanities, and shower walls) but the boss and contractors liked him so ge got paid more. Currently jobless cause my brother and dad manipulated me into believing I'm useless/worthless piece of shit just so I'd stay working there. Recently started speech therapy and regular therapy which has helped
