One slightly better way of speaking for me, who has been a stutterer for like 7 years, is just try to pronounce every syllable and accent syllables you want to emphasize. Try listening to really fluent people (casually explained on YouTube even though he speaks really monotonically its very very clear ) I tried this and i was not 100 percent smooth but it gave me the confidence to speak without hesitating. Just. Slow. Down. And. Accent. The. first. Few. Words then you'll be in the flow of speaking. Try it and tell me how it goes
