I’m also 20. I’ve come to realize it’s a nervous system/ subconscious anxiety problem Trial by fire will be the only solution. Firstly, observing how I’m having a subtle anxiety attack on the inside when talking to a stranger. Then, consciously breathing and taking my time to answer. Train this with a progression system like you’re training a muscle I can’t prove it yet but I’ll be doing this myself.
