I think I’ve been stuttering since I could speak. I wish I had some form of speech therapy growing up. Though stuttering through school had been hell, it made me stronger. I wish I owned my stutter sooner because I spent many years being miserable. So I would say own it, practice techniques to control it, and make people aware that you stutter even though you maybe be ashamed of it, it’ll put you at ease when you have to interact with them again.
