Point of note: Don't listen to Jordan Peterson. He's a grifter. There's no health to be found there. Turn away and don't look back.   Now, as for the rest: Do you have the option of seeking out therapy? It sounds like you need some outside help. Also, have you tried speech therapy yet? It might help you with the communication thing. - --- - *Moved from below:* No, it's not "truth". It's dangerous and unhealthy to think that it's "truth". I suppose you don't what to hear this, but the sooner you understand it, the better. Find better sources of guidance.   At any rate, my *point* is that you you should definitely try seeking out therapy. We can't solve everything ourselves, but fortunately, there are professionals who are good at that sort of thing. :) A psychologist would be a good bet. Or maybe a psychiatrist, which has a more medicinal focus also. The important thing is to figure out if there's a diagnosis that could be addressed - but it might just be that you need structured conversation.
