I would say if it makes you feel upset or worse about yourself report it. If you do consider it desrespectful but overall not a big deal and can be dealt with by for example, not speaking to her unless absolutely necessary. I would also say it depends on how long you intend to work there? Is it a summer job? Is it going to be your place of work while in collage? Or do you plan to work there for the forseeable future. For me if it was just a summer job to do before college i would just ignore it. However if i plan to work there for longer i would report it.
