Ultimately I just talk with people via text If I'm having a conversation face to face with someone, I just take my phone out and write what I want to say. It's not even stutter anymore. It's so severe I can't even say a letter. It's like a species of mutism, so I write it down. Any advice? I don't want to get rid of the stutter, I just want to stutter less.
