I think the hardest thing is to accept the fact that you are a stutter and stop looking at other “normal” people for comparison. It doesn’t mean you can’t work on your speech. You just gotta find your own way doing what you are good at. I’m talking about really being okay with how you speak. All the what ifs are nice but it can be distracting and keep you stuck in a loop - from someone used to constantly daydreaming about being completely fluent
