Hiya Really sorry to hear that you are struggling more than usual at the moment. My speech was a major hurdle for pretty much everything I wanted to do and affected every facet of my life. Over 20 years ago I attended a course that taught me a different breathing technique when I wanted to talk in conjunction with a controlled delivery of my speech. Combined with some desensitisation exercises this has been a total game changer. I can now say what I want, when and how I want, and probably most importantly I have been able to flick that switch in my head before speaking from anxiety to excitement. Try emptying your lungs completely, like blowing out a candle, then take a fast breath in like pricking your finger and speak right at the top of your breath. This technique is taught around the world (it's much easier to grasp this concept with others who have used and taught it) in slightly different formats but is generally referred to as costal breathing. My experience is in the UK with a charity called Empowering Voices although there are lots of other commercial organisations around the world that can also help. Good luck.
