I have a moderate to mild stutter and I've recently graduated and have been interviewing for graduate roles (5 year degree). Initially I got so nervous in interviews. I started applying for internships from my third year of uni and in my first interview, I wasnt very fluent. The second interview I did that year I was a lot more relaxed and got the role. For me, just doing a tonne of interviews has helped me get better and be more confident and expressive. Some interviews were bad no doubt, but overall I have noticed a trend of improvement through practice. Also mindset is key. I have a mindset where I'm hungry for that job and determined to get it
