I am also 17 I hate that I stutter so much. When I am talking to my self I can talk just fine. I have tried so hard to stop but nothing works. Most kids in my grade think I am an autistic idiot and don't even bother with me. My friends don't seem to have much respect for me and I am sure stuttering is a large part of why.
