I just did a presentation for the first time in a while. It was only a few minutes long. What helped my anxiety was telling myself to OWN IT. except it, embrace it, know that you WILL have blocks and people will look at you funny and they won’t get it and that’s OKAY. having people look at you funny and having a few blocks in a presentation is a lot better then being crippled with anxiety.
