It will never be as simple as “just stop caring” it doesn’t happen overnight. Time is a big factor, becoming an adult and having no choice but to advocate for yourself. Representation is important, keep watching youtubers who stutter. What really helped me was watching other disabled people thrive. I don’t like the phrase “someone always has it worse” because it feels kind of invalidating, but its true. Are there things unrelated to stuttering that you could work on and be proud of? Its easier to stop caring about the stutter the more solid your confidence in yourself becomes.
