Motor ticks when stuttering

Motor ticks when stuttering Has anyone ever had a hard time breathing when forcing through a block? I'll sometimes blink alot and close my eyes tightly sometimes my eyebrows will twitch, at times my mouth hangs and moves in a wierd movements and it hurts like hell. The breath one got caught me off guard, couldn't answer, mind went blank and I just held my breath, I felt like I couldn't let it go till I got through the block, afterwards I was just stunned and just sat there thinking about it Anyone have any similar moments? What goes through your mind during a block
