Hey. So I use Neowell Zen for pre-mixed capsules but I don’t know if it’s available outside Asia. I also use individual ingredients in capsule form too because I wanna control dosage. One thing I notice is that when I take them individually, taking Pipperin also help a lot. For Ashwagandha, try to find KSM-66 Extract. It’s an extraction method which is better than most other methods.
